Common allergens at Panda Express
Soy: The most common allergen at Panda Express. Nearly all entrees and sides contain soy sauce or soybean oil. White Steamed Rice, Brown Steamed Rice, Apple Pie Roll, and Cream Cheese Rangoon are among the few soy-free options.
Gluten/Wheat: Present in most entrees due to soy sauce (which contains wheat) and breading. Steamed rice options are naturally gluten-free, though cross-contamination is possible.
Shellfish: Only found in shrimp-based items like Honey Walnut Shrimp. All chicken, beef, and vegetable items are shellfish-free.
